About Getting Started.

HabitKit needs no account: install it from the App Store or Google Play, create a habit and choose how to track it, and the first day is logged in a few taps (install HabitKit and create your first habit). Each habit gets a grid of its own, one tile per day, and how the grid works explains how to read it, including the partial shades of Count and Measure habits.

Two things keep a habit going from there. Logging the day, or filling in one you forgot, takes a tap (log a completion and fix a past day), and a reminder at a time you choose brings you back to it (set a reminder). Still deciding what to track? Start smaller than feels worthwhile, and pick a start day with when to start a new habit.
