About Troubleshooting.
Most problems here have a short fix. Reminders that arrive late or not at all usually need the app opened once, because HabitKit schedules them a week ahead and tops the queue up while it runs; after that, check notification permission and Focus modes (reminders arrive late or not at all).
A day you completed that looks empty is usually an amount below the daily goal or an entry on another date (a completed day looks empty). If HabitKit will not open at all, its recovery screen offers two buttons, and HabitKit will not open explains what each does and what to send if neither helps. Still stuck? Write to support.
