HabitKit is free for four habits, with no trial clock running. HabitKit Pro removes the limit and adds home screen widgets, charts and up to three reminders per habit, bought monthly, yearly or once as Lifetime through the App Store or Google Play (HabitKit free vs Pro).
Pro belongs to the store you bought it from, not to a HabitKit account, because there isn't one. After reinstalling or on a new phone, the Restore link on the Pro screen brings it back (restore a Pro purchase). An App Store purchase does not restore on Android, or the other way round; that article explains how support moves Pro across by hand.
